In 1983 Photo Concepts was started by the husband and wife team of Michael and Robin Goldman. Three years later they were joined by Robin's brother Marc Cohen. They are the acting partners with a history that began back in Chicago, Illinois with one of the oldest and most established labs in that city.

We began here in Phoenix by providing only E-6 film processing and type R printing. At that time all work was done in a facility less that 1,000 sq. ft.

Our general lab manager Bernie Dalot was here in the beginning as a production type R printer. Today she oversees over 15 employees and all areas of production.

Because of our hands-on policy we like to use the word "services" as a catch-phrase. In fact all customer orders received, either by phone or at the front counter, are handled by Robin, Michael or Marc. We want our clients to feel that after they send us their work, their worries are over. It will be done on time, within their budget and to the highest degree of quality possible. Our job is to make your job easier.

With our long history in the lab business and our quick study of the digital world we are able to blend the traditional side of photography with the cutting edge of computers. Our clients are aware of this and utilize us for both of these worlds.
